The renting procedure
The rental procedure is simple. After agents identify the client’s requirements, a number of properties will be selected such as a farmhouse for rent or a studio flat for rent, depending on the client’s needs. The properties that CENTURY 21 shows to clients are always hand-picked with thoughtful consideration and never at random.
One of our associates will then accompany the client on property visitings and he/she will be available to answer any questions and/or concerns that the client might have.
Once the property has been chosen, CENTURY 21 will negotiate a rental price with the landlord and a contract will be drafted with specific terms agreed upon between all parties.
The standard procedure is to collect a month’s deposit in advance together with another half a month’s rent plus VAT as the agency fee.
You will be ready to move in once all have been signed and paid.
