In 1971, two real estate agents, Art Bartlett and Marsh Fisher opened up a real estate consultancy service company in Orange County, California, with the name CENTURY 21. Over the first few years, a decision made allowed CENTURY 21 to truly focus on hospitality; its eventual transformation into realty was inevitable and that opened up the opportunity for the brand to venture into the vast and wide world of franchising. Fast forward to 2016, and CENTURY 21 now has over 6,900 franchised offices in around 78 countries, including two operating offices situated on our little island of Malta. It is no wonder that Bolder is one of the brand’s motto: Smarter.Bolder.Faster.
